The pigeon loft is traditionally a major and indispensable building in the Mas de Camargue. In addition to their role as messengers, pigeons were a much-appreciated delicacy. The Pigeonnier de Saint Germain is built on the foundations of a very old watchtower, estimated to date back to the 11th century.
Right next to the dovecote tower, we have converted an old outbuilding into a gîte, offering you all the charm and tranquillity you could wish for.
It's a quiet, independent place, beautifully furnished and comfortable. Its private south and west-facing terrace overlooks the “pasquier”, which is used alternately by horses and organic crops, and the riding arena. This gîte sleeps two to four people.

- First double bedroom with 160 cm bed, wardrobe and reading area, facing south and west.
- Second double bedroom with two 90 cm single beds, wardrobe and desk
- Cot, bath and changing table available free of charge on request
Exterior
- Private, unoverlooked terrace facing south and west. Includes a garden table under a shaded pergola, garden furniture under a gazebo and a barbecue.
In order to organise the preparations for the accommodation, arrivals are scheduled from 4pm and departures from 10am.

A wonderful trip to discover the Camargue on the Mas Saint Germain estate. The programme included horses, wide open spaces, pink flamingos and other varieties of birds, bulls... Laure showed us her environment and the local culture with great passion and generosity [...].
We came for a horse ride. We discovered the farmland and the banks of the Vaccarès lake. The horses were magnificent and super-friendly, and the ride was suitable for all levels. Thank you to our guides for guiding us!
A wonderful place, a haven of tranquillity in the countryside, very close to the Camargue horses, who are very welcoming. We went there just for a pony ride for our 3 year old and had a great time. Great welcome and great service, with the pony on loan for the whole morning.
We took a very pleasant horse ride through the property and along the pond. The horses were very peaceful. The group was split up at certain times to allow the more experienced riders to canter while the others joined us quietly.

I was looking for a beautiful, healthy and peaceful place to recharge my batteries and, above all, to try to take up riding again. I say «try» because it had been 25 years and only after 1 year [...].
We didn't rent a room but went for a horse ride in the grounds around the mas. This is the 3rd year we've done it and it's always so pleasant.
The horses are calm and well trained, and the guide is top-notch, so the ride is suitable for all levels.
Superb horse riding with Magalie, with respect for the horses. It's not a frantic race to collect as many tourists as possible. Here, we take the time to pick the horse up from the pasture, brush and saddle it, then go for a quiet ride before looking after it again and taking it back to the pasture.
