Avendo deciso di trascorrere con amici un week end lungo in Camargue, abbiamo cercato e trovato sui internet "Mas Saint Germain" la fattoria è immersa ne verde e le tranquillità regna assoluta, intorno nei campi recintati cavalli e tori pascolano in assoluta libertà, uscendo dalla fattoria a destra a pochi minuti di auto uno stagno pieno di fenicotteri.
Siamo rimasti assolutamente soddisfatti delle due camere, grandi spaziose e il bagno moderno. Tutto ere perfettamente pulito, la colazione: caffè latte pane burro marmellata di loro produzione e jogurt alla fine del soggiorno abbiamo acquistato anche il riso bio di loro produzione.
